Building Minnesota’s Aerospace Workforce Pipeline
The Minnesota State Transportation Center of Excellence (TCOE) will lead Minnesota’s NASA State Hub through the Minnesota Aerospace Skilled Technical Workforce Hub (MnASTW), a statewide initiative focused on developing a skilled aerospace workforce for NASA suppliers and the broader aerospace industry.
MnASTW will create clear pathways from high school career and technical education programs to community and technical colleges, registered apprenticeships, industry-recognized credentials, and direct employment opportunities.
As one of seven NASA-funded state and regional workforce hubs, MnASTW will bring together education providers, industry partners, workforce organizations, and economic development leaders to strengthen Minnesota’s aerospace talent pipeline and accelerate workforce readiness.
